  • The article focuses on the disappearance of user manuals included in technology products with the advent of the search engine Google and online video tutorials such as YouTube. Topics covered include the popularity of online communities and answer web sites where users can search for terms, topics faster and post questions for other people, and decline in computer-book sales, printed encyclopedias, newspaper classified ads and music on discs due to the popularity of the Internet.
