Topics covered include how the anthrax outbreak in a secret Soviet bioweapons facility as the reason behind the outbreak, the suitability of Bacillus anthracis, the bacterium that causes anthrax, for arming unconventional weapons, and concerns that the Russian government may be relaunching its bioweapons program.
