  • The article discusses a clinical trial which aimed to assess the effect on cognitive health of improved diet, physical exercise and mental training and to offer health advice and cardiovascular health monitoring. Topics covered include improvements on cognitive measures such as memory and mental-processing speed among study participants who followed a regimen of health-related steps, and recommendations on diet, exercise and levels of social engagement that may help prevent dementia.
