  Este artículo describe la dinámica de la formación humanista universitaria con enfoque de género, el objetivo es proponer la secuencia epistemológica que orientará el proceso formativo del estudiante universitario; el método investigativo de análisis de contenido fue el adecuado para examinar la normativa del contexto ecuatoriano. Los resultados de esta investigación contribuirán a la formación integral del sujeto en estudio; a la vez, se evidencia la pertinencia social frente a la categoría formación humanista y género.

  This article describes the dynamics of the university humanistic formation focused on gender; the aim is to provide the process university students formation with the epistemology to guide it. There searched analysis method was suitable to examine the Ecuadorian legislation context. The results of this research may contribute to the integral formation of the study subject providing at the same time evidence of the social relevance in the face of the humanistic and gender formation.
