Resumen de ¿Muerte o descentramiento del sujeto en Michel Foucault?

El presente artículo busca analizar la complejidad de la categoría del sujeto en la obra de Michel Foucault. Para ello, argumentaremos, en un primer momento, que la “muerte del hombre”, anunciada en Les mots et les choses (1966), no implica una “cancelación del sujeto” en el periodo arquelógico y genealógico, como argumentan Jürguen Habermas y Axel Honneth, y poco despues, un “retorno del sujeto” en L ́usage des plaisirs y Le souci de soi (1984). Esta lectura convencionalmente aceptada, será cuestionada, con el concepto de “sujeto decentrado”, el cual nos permitirá superar la errónea división hermenéutica que hay entre la “muerte del sujeto” y posteriormente su “retorno”.

The present article seeks to analyze the complexity of the category of the subject in the work of Michel Foucault. For this, we will argue, at first, that the «death of man», announced in Les mots et les choses (1966) does not imply a «cancellation of the subject» as posed by Jürguen Habermas and Axel Honneth in the archaeological and genealogical period , and shortly after, a «return of the subject» in L usage des plaisirs and Le souci de soi (1984). Before this ponventional reading, we propose the concept of «decentrated subject», which allows us to overcome the erroneous hermeneutic division between the «death of the subject » and the «return» of the same. This reading conventionally accepted, will be against the concept of «subject decentrado», which allows us to overcome the erroneous hermeneutic division between «death» and «return of the subject».
