    La pedagogía y las Ciencias de la Educación están en una disputa epistemológica ¿A quién le pertenece el campo de acción educativo? Desde hace muchos años la pedagogía no ha sido validada como la episteme que subyace los fundamentos educativos al no considerársele una ciencia, al tener un campo de acción más bien “práctico” dando cabida a la cientificidad de “las ciencias de la Educación”. En el presente ensayo se lleva acabo un análisis reflexivo sobre las diversas aristas que involucran esta discusión epistémica evidenciando y revalidando a la pedagogía como la ciencia de la educación.

    The pedagogy and the Sciences of the Education are in an epistemological dispute. Who owns the field of educational action? For many years, pedagogy has not been validated as the episteme that underlies the educational foundations because it is not considered a science, since it has a rather "practical" field of action, making room for the scientificity of "the sciences of Education". In the present essay, a reflexive analysis is carried out on the diverse edges that involve this epistemic discussion evidencing and revalidating pedagogy as the science of education.
