    O artigo “Ética e estética no universo Gentileza. Profecia na cena urbana do Rio de Janeiro” analisa o universo gentileza, ou seja, o locus de atuação do personagem José Datrino, conhecido como Profeta Gentileza, bem como sua performance estética e leterária na cena urbana do Rio de Janeiro. Ao longo do artigo dialogaremos com esse personagem da cultura de forma intertextual, relacionando a figura do profeta Gentileza com profetas da tradição bíblica. O objetivo principal será mostrar que na figura do profeta, ética e estética se relacionam constituindo uma est-ética. Portanto, o teológico (em perspectiva popular) e o literário (em sua expressão marginal), se imbricam na afirmação de uma discursividade teoliterária. Para tanto percorreremos o seguinte caminho: em primeiro lugar a proposição de uma estética crítica como superação da descontinuidade Ética Estética; em segundo lugar a indicação da estética crítica como chave hermenêutica para a existência profética, o que será feito a partir de uma leitura intertextual da existência profética.

    The article “Ethics and aesthetics in the universe kind. Prophecy in the urban scene of Rio de Janeiro” analyzes the universe kind, i.e., the locus of activity of José Datrino, known as Gentileza, as well as your performance aesthetics and literary form in the urban scene of Rio de Janeiro. To this end we will go through the following path: firstly the proposition of critical aesthetics as overcoming the discontinuity Aesthetic Ethics; Secondly the indication of critical aesthetics as the key to prophetic interpretation, what will be done from an intertextual reading of prophetic existence.
