El artículo describe el nuevo régimen jurídico aplicable a las compensaciones económicas que el futbol profesional español debe entregar tanto al deporte español, en general como al futbol aficionado en particular. Todo ello como consecuencia del régimen jurídico aplicable a la explotación audiovisual de las competiciones profesionales futbolísticas. De esta forma se exponen las distintas compensaciones que son otorgadas tanto a favor de los deportistas españoles como del futbol aficionado nacional.

The article describes the new legal regime applicable to the economic compensations that the Spanish professional football must give both to the Spanish sport, in general and to the amateur football in particular. All this as a result of the legal regime applicable to the audiovisual exploitation of football professional competitions. In this way, the different compensations that are granted both to the Spanish sportsmen and to the national amateur soccer are exposed.
