    Por segunda vez los tribunales se pronuncian sobre la legalidad del III Convenio Estatal de Instalaciones Deportivas y Gimnasios. Y ambas por la misma razón: la presunta falta de legitimación para negociarlo por la única asociación empresarial que lo firmó. En esta ocasión son los empresarios del sector del golf quienes denuncian que no estuvieron debidamente representados en la negociación.

    For the second time, the Spanish Courts have had the opportunity to decide on the unlawfulness of the 3rd Collective Agreement for Sport Facilities and Gyms. And both times for the same reason: the alleged lack of legitimation of the only employers’ association which negotiated the Agreement. On this time, it has been the golf sector’s employers who have denounced that they were not properly represented while the negotiations.
