"La croada judicial d'Urquijote contra l'èuscar": "enemic" d'una sola cara?

    In this article we will analyze the judicial appeals lodged by the Spanish Government Delegation in the Basque Autonomous Community against institutional initiatives aiming to revitalize the Basque language. In particular, we will look closely at the high-profile figure of Carlos Urquijo, the Government Delegate between 2012 and 2016, and the strategy of confrontation which he implemented and which was opposed by the euskalgintza, the movement in favor of Basque. According to the author, the judicial appeals lodged by the Delegate could have given rise to a more resilient and constructive reaction addressed to reinforcingthe linguistic ideologies favorable to Basque, which is now in a phase in which its significant process of revitalization is slowing down. For the development of this research, a list of appeals lodged by Urquijo and his team will be compiled and various political-science and sociolinguistics theories will be the object of study and reflection.

    En aquest article s'analitzen els recursos judicials presentats per la Delegació del Govern a la Comunitat Autònoma Basca (CAB) contra iniciatives institucionals per a la normalització de l'èuscar. Especialment, s'aprofundeix en la mediàtica figura de Carlos Urquijo, el delegat del Govern entre els anys 2012 i 2016. A més, s'analitza l'estratègia de confrontació plantejada per aquest últim i que va ser assumida per l'anomenada euskalgintza, el moviment a favor de l'èuscar. Aquest enfrontament va impedir optar per solucions més constructives per crear nous marcs col·laboratius, teixir una nova xarxa de suports i construir un nou framing (‘marc') per a l'èuscar. Segons l'autor, els recursos judicials presentats pel delegat podrien haver despertat una reacció més resilient i constructiva per reforçar les ideologies lingüístiques favorables a l'èuscar, avui en fase d'alentiment després d'un significatiu procés de revitalització. Per al desenvolupament d'aquest treball, es recopila una llista de les denúncies presentades per Urquijo i el seu equip, i són objecte d'estudi i revisió diverses teories de ciències polítiques i sociolingüística
