    Resumen: El propósito principal de este artículo es analizar el impacto del proyecto piloto Rede@prender, realizado en Colombia en el marco del Programa EUROsocial y en contexto global de la cooperación euro-latinoamericana. La primera parte del texto presenta, por un lado, la filosofía de la cooperación euro-latinoamericana y del Programa y, por el otro, los contenidos de la política colombiana de educación a las competencias ciudadanas en la que se contextualizó el proyecto. La segunda parte profundiza las características generales del proyecto piloto e intenta dar cuenta de su impacto y resultados. Finalmente, la tercera y última parte del texto contiene algunas consideraciones sobre la aplicación de los criterios de evaluación, las buenas prácticas y las lecciones aprendidas gracias a la realización del proyecto Rede@prender.

    The main purpose of this paper is the impact assessment analysis of the pilot project Rede@prender carried out in Colombia under the Programme EUROsociAL within the overall context of the Euro-Latin American cooperation. The first part of the paper introduces to, on the one hand, the Euro-Latin American cooperation model and the Programme’s overallphilosophy, while on the other hand presents the contents of the Colombian policy on education in citizenship competencies within which context the project was carried out. The second part elaborates an in-depth analysis of the main characteristics of the pilot project and tries to give account of its impact andachieved results. Finally, the third and final part of the text contains some considerations on the application of the evaluation criteria, best practices and lessons learned from the project Rede@prender
