Aspectos implicados en el talento y en la práctica de un instrumento musical

    En este trabajo se aborda la definición de talento, así como diferentes modelos que se han propuesto para entenderlo.

    Posteriormente se plantea el uso de dichos modelos en el campo de la música, tocando aspectos centrales como la posesión del oído absoluto y la edad en la que deben iniciarse los estudios musicales. Finalmente se argumenta la necesidad de un estudio dirigido profesionalmente por un equipo interdisciplinario en el cual se contemplen no sólo las habilidades musicales del estudiante y las técnicas de su instrumento, sino también aspectos como la manera en que estudia, su dedicación y motivación al estudio y las influencias de los compañeros, la familia y la escuela

    The topic of this work is the definition of talent, as well as of the different models that have been proposed for its understanding. Later on, the use of those models in the music field is established, taking into account central aspects such as the possession of the absolute pitch capability and the age in which the musical studies should begin. Finally, there is argument about the need for studies professionally led by an interdisciplinary team, which considers not only the musical abilities of the student and the instrument playing techniques,, but also other aspects such as the student’s study techniques, his / her dedication and motivation, and family and classmate influences.
