    Recientemente, en aras de la celebración del “día internacional de la mujer”, las mujeres zapatistas convocaron al Primer Encuentro de Mujeres que Luchan, a realizarse en el caracol de Morelia. Estas son reflexiones de una interesante y a la vez difícil confluencia, la cual conjuga la memoria de dos luchas, por un lado, la lucha de los pueblos indígenas, y por otro, las luchas feministas. Desde luego, se trata de una perspectiva estrictamente situada, y no pretende ninguna generalización, sino al contrario, es la experiencia de una socióloga que ha tenido contacto diverso con ambas luchas, que se pregunta desde sus variadas influencias de la Teoría Crítica, las Ciencias Sociales y las teorías feministas, el significado de ese Encuentro, y las perspectivas que abre para las luchas presentes y futuras. Para realizar la reflexión sobre la difícil confluencia entre zapatismo y feminismo y su relación con el tema de la expresión estética, primero se hará un somero recuento de ambos, así como de sus convergencias y divergencias, para después arribar al significado que tiene la expresión artística, en los dos movimientos, tomando como eje el tema del cuerpo.

    Recently, in order to celebrate the “International Women’s Day”, the Zapatista women called the First Meeting of Women Who Fight, to be 122 held in the Morelia snail. These are reflections of an interesting and at the same time difficult confluence, which combines the memory of two struggles, on the one hand, the struggle of the indigenous peoples, and on the other, the feminist struggles. Of course, it is a strictly situated perspective, and does not intend any generalization, but on the contrary, it is the experience of a sociologist who has had different contact with both struggles, which is questioned from its varied influences of Critical Theory, Sciences Social and feminist theory, the meaning of that Encounter, and the perspectives it opens for present and future struggles. To reflect on the difficult confluence between Zapatismo and feminism and its relationship with the theme of aesthetic expression, first a brief recount of both will be made, as well as their convergences and divergences, before arriving at the meaning of artistic expression, in both movements, taking as axis the theme of the body.
