Resumen de Redes de cooperação da agricultura familiar e do desenvolvimento rural local no Agreste paraibano (Brasil)

  The work deals with the mobilization of the theory of reciprocity and the analysis of social and socio-technical networks for analysis and promotion of local and territorial dynamics, among individuals, collective and institutional actors. The theory of reciprocity allows to qualify the relationships and structuring interactions between actors, social groups and institutions, both in the real plane, as in the symbolic (language, discourse and learning) and imaginary (representations, ideologies). The sociotechnical networks, initially mobilized for the construction of innovation, the circulation of knowledge and resources, associate human actors, nonhuman entities: objects, devices. The paper deals about the application of these methods to the local rural development processes in the Agreste region of the State of Paraiba, in the Northeast of Brazil.

  O trabalho trata da mobilização da teoria da reciprocidade e da análise de redes sociais aplicadas ao estudo e à promoção de dinâmicas territoriais locais, entre atores individuais, coletivos e institucionais. A teoria da reciprocidade permite qualificar as relações e interações estruturantes entre atores, grupos sociais e instituições, tanto no plano do real, como do simbólico (linguagem, discurso e aprendizagem) e do imaginário (representações, ideologias). As redes sócio técnicas, inicialmente mobilizadas para a construção da inovação, a circulação de conhecimentos e de recursos, associam aos atores humanos, entidades não humanas: objetos, dispositivos. O estudo de caso examina a aplicação desses métodos a dinâmicas de desenvolvimento rural local no Agreste do Estado da Paraíba no Nordeste do Brasil.
