    En este trabajo se pretende poner de manifiesto las diferencias en la transición escolar entre los jóvenes españoles vistas a través de tres indicadores: el momento en el que se produce la transición, medido por la edad a la que se abandonan los estudios; el intervalo de años en los que se produce la transición y la diversidad de este proceso según el sexo, riesgo de pobreza, tipo de hábitat en el que se reside, más o menos urbanizado y coyuntura económica. El objetivo de este artículo es evidenciar y valorar las diferencias en el proceso de transición escolar. Para este fin se han utilizado los datos de la ECV (Encuesta de Condiciones de Vida) del INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística) donde se ha podido obtener la información necesaria para cumplir con este objetivo a través de un análisis descriptivo y de regresión logística.

    This paper aims to show the differences in school transition among Spanish youth seen through three indicators: the moment when the transition takes place, measured by the age at which the studies are abandoned; The interval of years in which the transition takes place and the diversity of this process according to the sex, the risk of poverty, the type of habitat in which it resides, more or less urbanized and the economic situation. The objective of this article is to highlight and evaluate the differences in the school transition process. For this purpose, data from the ECV (Life Conditions Survey) of the INE (National Statistics Institute) have been used to obtain the necessary information to meet this objective through a descriptive and logistic regression analysis.
