    El Pueblo como una parte inteligente de la masa, constituye un poder autónomo sobre el destino de las naciones, y en Venezuela, la primera persona en identificar y nombrar al pueblo, fue Simón Bolívar en el discurso de Angostura el 16 de febrero de 1819. Desde entonces, el pueblo ha constituido un enorme poder en la dirección del país, de una manera simpática y anónima. Con aparente obediencia se deja conducir, pero responde a un carácter maquinal – monstruoso que opera por medio de la producción de significaciones potencialmente variables.

    The people as a smart part of the mass, constitutes an autonomous power over the fate of Nations, and in Venezuela the first person to identify and name the town was Simon Bolívar in the speech of Angostura on February 16, 1819. Since then the town has been an enormous power in the direction of the country, in a sympathetic and anonymous way. With apparent obedience is left to lead, but responds to a mechanical character - monstrous that operates through the production of meanings potentially variables.
