Análisis de las normas compiladas durante el siglo XIV para la protección y reorganización del regadío murciano, que permite comprender la organización y formas de poder y de vida de señores y campesinos-regantes en un paisaje identitario como fue la huerta legada por los andalusíes y transformada por la nueva sociedad castellana. Básicamente, la regulación del riego y su distribución, la defensa de la agricultura del paso y estancia del ganado, la reglamentación de otras actividades dentro del regadío, la contribución del acequiaje para mantener la infraestructura del sistema hidráulico y el cuadro de personas (acequieros, sobreacequieros, jurados, arrendadores y guardianes y entregador) que con competencias precisas actuaban en defensa de la huerta, objetivo de la política del concejo y base de la economía y sociedad murcianas.

Analysis of the rules compiled during the fourteenth century for the protection and reorganization of the Murcia irrigated land, which allows to understand the organization and forms of power and life of lords and peasants-irrigators in an identity landscape such as the orchard bequeathed by the Andalusians and transformed By the new Castilian society.
