  • The article examines research showing that cosmic radiation could be more damaging to astronauts brains than previously thought. Particular focus is given to how this might impact humanity and its ability to live and travel in space. Additional topics discussed include how cosmic radiation ionizes atoms in tissue, research taking place related to the topic on mice, and obstacles to travelling to Mars.
