    El Ms. árabe 884 de la Biblioteca de El Escorial contiene en su apartado nº11 (folios 153rº, 153vº y 154rº)  un breve discurso de medicina sobre los diferentes tipos de tumores y sus características, de autor no identificado hasta la fecha y  estructurado en forma de preguntas y respuestas. Estas páginas constituyen unos interesantes apuntes de patología médica y oncología medieval de gran valor científico que no han sido estudiadas con anterioridad. El presente artículo incluye la edición del texto árabe y la traducción al español de los citados folios.

    The Arabic manuscript n.884 from the Library of El Escorial contains, in its 11th section (folios 153rº, 153vº, and 154rº), a brief treaty on medicine about the different types of tumours and their characteristics. This work is structured as a set of questions and answers, and, to date, the author is still unidentified. These pages, which have remained unstudied until now, contain notes on medical pathology and medieval oncology of a great scientific value. This article includes the original Arabic text and the Spanish translation of the aforementioned folios.
