    Se ofrece la traducción de tres editoriales que Franz Fanon escribió para el periódico interno Guion (Trait d’union) del Hospital Psiquiátrico de Saint-Alban en Francia. La primera editorial, intitulada “El hombre frente a las cosas”, ofrece una serie de reflexiones sobre el deseo, la comunicación, la vida y el insomnio. La segunda editorial, “Ayer, hoy y mañana”, trata sobre el tiempo, sobre el pasado y el futuro, sobre la memoria y la esperanza. El tercer texto, “Papel terapéutico del compromiso”, aborda las posiciones respectivas del enfermo, de su enfermedad y de las enfermeras.

    Translation of three editorials that Franz Fanon wrote for the internal newspaper Hyphen (Trait d’union) of the Psychiatric Hospital of Saint-Alban in France. The first editorial, entitled “Man in front of things”, offers a series of reflections on desire, communication, life and insomnia. The second editorial, “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”, is about time, about the past and the future, about memory and hope. The third text, “Therapeutic role of commitment”, addresses the respective positions of the patient, his illness and the nurses.
