Estudio de la subjetividad de los bailarines de danza clásica en sus etapas formativa, profesional y de retiro

    Se realizó una investigación con bailarines mexicanos de danza clásica en sus etapas formativa, profesional y de retiro. El objetivo del trabajo fue conocer y comprender la configuración subjetiva que sobre su profesión y su vida hacen en cada una de las etapas. El método que empleado fue el de análisis del discurso a partir del uso de la técnica de entrevista semiestructurada. Se utilizaron las categorías de zona de sentido y alienación para interpretar la subjetividad de los bailarines. Los participantes fueron tres bailarines estudiantes, tres bailarines profesionales y tres retirados. Los resultados mostraron algunas diferencias en las configuraciones subjetivas entre cada una de las etapas; sin embargo, las zonas de sentido se ubicaron principalmente fuera de la persona, en la institución y el otro; lo que evidenció la existencia de un tipo de alienación institucional; es decir, el predominio de la norma, presente siempre en las prácticas cotidianas. A partir de los hallazgos, se plantea la necesidad de transformar el quehacer formativo y profesional en este gremio con la promoción e inclusión de prácticas reflexivas y críticas.

    A qualitative study was performed among professional classical ballet dancers across their learning, professional and retirement stages; they are all mexican people. The investigation purpose was to learn and understand the subjective configuration that they develop, regarding their lives and profession on each stage. Based on the semi-structured interview technique, the method employed was speech analysis. For interpreting the subjectivity of the dancers, the following categories were used: zone of sense and alienation. The sample was composed by three dance students, three professional dancers and three retired dancers. The results revealed some differences in the subjective configurations among the three stages; however, the zone of sense was consistently identified being externally to the person, in the institution and in the other, which made evident the existence of an institutional alienation, namely, the prevalence of the norm and of the daily practices. Based on these results, it is established the necessity of transforming the formative process and professional stage in the dancers guild, promoting and incorporating reflective and critical practices.
