    Este artículo parte de una experiencia prolongada supervisando grupos de trabajadores sociales, y pretende destacar dos elementos prioritarios para el desempeño saludable de la profesión. Por un lado el análisis permanente del rol asignado, prestando especial atención a la posible incidencia de imágenes maternales muy dañinas. Por otro, el análisis del discurso que involucra al quehacer profesional, alertando sobre la incidencia del discurso del Amo en el malestar cotidiano

    This article is based on an extensive experience supervising groups of social workers and it aims to highlight two elements that should be prioritized for the healthy development of the profession. On one hand the permanent analysis of the assigned role, focusing especially on the possible reccurrences of potentially damaging maternal images. On the other hand, the analysis of the discourse that involves the professional activity, calling the attention to the often repetitive of Master´s discourse as a factor in daily malaise.
