  El trabajo que se presenta viene a analizar el delito de participación en estructuras u organizaciones con finalidad de financiación ilegal de partidos políticos, sistematizado en el art. 304 ter de nuestros Texto punitivo, en virtud de la incriminación que, por LO 1/2015, de 30 de marzo, se hace del nuevo Título XIII bis CP. A tal efecto, se aborda la delimitación propia de la configuración del precepto, con examen integral de las particularidades que definen tal comportamiento delictivo.

  The work that is presented comes to analyze the crime of participation in structures or organizations for the purpose of illegal financing of political parties, systematized in the article 304 ter of our Punitive Text, under of the incrimination by LO 1/2015, of March 30, the new Title XIII bis CP is made. For that purpose, it addresses the delimitation of the configuration of the precept, with a comprehensive examination of the particularities that define such criminal behavior.
