  • The article talks about the role of Hellenism in art, culture, poetry, works of the scholars that includes Glen Bowersock, Alan Cameron and Gianfranco Agosti, opposition between paganism and Christianism and Greek language representing cultural expression adopted by Mediterranean people. It talks about the classical culture, evolution of Christian teaching according to Socrates Scholasticus, centos and paraphrases and masterpieces of ancient literature.
