    ¿Pervive algo de la justicia de clase en el siglo XXI? Contestar esta cuestión es el principal objetivo de este artículo que considera el concepto de justicia de clase como un fenómeno que procede del concepto de clase social. El artículo revisa la presencia de las clases sociales en diferentes textos constitucionales, desde la Revolución Americana hasta las Constituciones del siglo XX; analiza el concepto como parte de una narrativa jurídica alemana y el contemporáneo declive del concepto como consecuencia de la evolución de las clases sociales. Finalmente, el autor defiende la pervivencia de una justicia de clase como un déficit estructural y propone un cambio en el lenguaje judicial para promover el acceso igualitario a la Justicia y a la tutela judicial.

    Is there still something like class justice at XXI century? Answering this question is the principal aim of this article which considers the concept of class justice as a phenomenon which derives from the concept of social class. The article revises the presence of social classes on different constitutional texts, from the American Revolution until the Constitutions of the XX century. It analyses the concept as a part of a XIX century German legal narrative and the contemporary decline of the concept as the consequence of the decline of social classes. Finally, the Author defends the persistence of a certain kind of class justice as a judiciary structural deficit and proposes a change of the judiciary language to promote the equality access to the Justice and judicial protection.
