  El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el concepto de “dimisión del yo-agente” como dimensión transdiagnóstica y analizar sus implicaciones en Psico(pato)logía y Terapia Existencial. Para ello se divide el trabajo en tres partes. En la primera parte se analiza la presencia de la dimisión del yo-agente en la clínica moderna y su relación con la noción de hiper-reflexividad. En la segunda parte se comentan algunas estrategias y técnicas que permiten trabajar las condiciones de la hiper-reflexividad y dimisión del yo-agente. Por último, en la tercera parte de este artículo, se comentan los objetivos y ejes clave de la Terapia Existencial. Se concluye que la “dimisión del yo-agente” puede ser tomada como una condición clínica común inherente a la Terapia Existencial.

  The aim of this article is to introduce the concept of “resignation of self-agent” as a transdiagnostic dimension and to analyze its implications in Psycho(patho)logy and Existential Therapy. For it, the work is divided in three parts. In the first part we analyze the presence of “resignation of self-agent” in the modern clinic and its relationship with the notion of hyper-reflexivity. The second part discusses some strategies and techniques that allow you to work the hyper-reflexivity and resignation of self-agent conditions. Finally, in the third part of this article, the objectives and key axis of the Existential Therapy are commented. We conclude that the “resignation of self-agent” can be taken like a common clinical condition inherent in Existential Therapy.
