A prática exploratória na Internet: enquadres e o modelo 3C em um pôster virtual colaborativo

    The present article analyzes the construction of a virtual poster, based on the concept of Computer Supported Collaborative Work (ELLIS et al., 1991). The poster was constructed by members of the Exploratory Practice group in Rio de Janeiro, considering their acting principles (ALLWRIGHT e HANKS, 2009), and its analysis was based on the concepts of frame and lamination (GOFFMAN, 2012) and on the mediated interaction 3C model (FUKS et al., 2002). The objective of the analysis was to understand the extent to which the kind of work we perform face-to-face can benefit from the transition to virtual environments. In this sense, I highlight the importance of prestructuring and coordination activities within work framed as collaborative, as well as the contribution of the interactional focus for the study of the limitations and the possibilities of resignifying internet resources, suggesting that the area of language-ininteraction can collaborate, directly, with the area of groupware development.

    O presente artigo analisa a construção de um pôster virtual, a partir do conceito de Trabalho Colaborativo Apoiado por Computador (ELLIS et al., 1991). O pôster foi construído por membros do grupo de Prática Exploratória do Rio de Janeiro, considerando seus princípios de atuação (ALLWRIGHT e HANKS, 2009), e analisado a partir dos conceitos de enquadre e laminação (GOFFMAN, 2012) e do modelo de interação mediada 3C (FUKS et al., 2002). O objetivo da análise foi entender até que ponto o tipo de trabalho que fazemos presencialmente pode se beneficiar com a transição para ambientes virtuais. Nesse sentido, destaco a importância das atividades de pré-estruturação e coordenação em trabalhos enquadrados como colaborativos, bem como a contribuição do foco interacional no estudo das limitações e possibilidades de ressignificação dos recursos da internet, sugerindo que a área de linguagem-em-interação pode colaborar, diretamente, com a área de desenvolvimento groupware.
