Resumen de Estrategia para contribuir a la orientación profesional agropecuaria de adolescentes en la comunidad Manuel Sanguily

  La formación de la fuerza laboral calificada en el sector agropecuario es de vital importancia en la producción de alimentos. La comprensión de estas problemática ha conllevado a que sea parte de las estrategias para el desarrollo social en Cuba. La investigación se dirigió a evaluar la efectividad de una estrategia para contribuir a la orientación profesional agropecuaria de los adolescentes en las comunidades rulares del municipio La Palma, provincia de Pinar del Río. En esta se toma como base el método dialéctico materialista, auxiliado por los métodos de investigación del nivel teórico: histórico y lógico, lamodelación y el hipotético-deductivo y por los de nivel empírico a través de las técnicas de análisis documental, la observación y la encuesta, así comolos métodos y técnicas estadísticomatemático para procesar la información. La validación teórica de la estrategia se realizó mediante el criterio de expertos, método Delphy y en la validación práctica se empleó el método experimental. Como resultado de la evaluación de la estrategia se elevaron los intereses y motivaciones de los adolescentes hacia estas especialidades, los niveles de integración entre las entidades y las escuelas, así como las potencialidadesde las entidades de la agricultura para contribuir a la orientación profesional agropecuaria de los adolescentes

  The formation of the labour force qualified in the agricultural sector is of vital importance in the production of foods. The understanding of theseproblems has borne to that is part of the strategies for the social development in Cuba. The investigation went to evaluate the effectiveness of a strategy tocontribute to the agricultural professional orientation of the adolescents in the communities rural of the municipality La Palma, county of Pinar del Rio. In this  takes like base the dialectical-materialistic method, aided by the methods of investigation of the theoretical level: historical and logical, the modulationand the hypothetical-deductive one and for those of empiric level through the techniques of documental analysis, the observation and the survey, as well as the methods and statistical-mathematical techniques to process the information. The theoretical validation of the strategy was carried out by means of theapproach of experts, method Delphy and in the practical validation the experimental method was used. As a result of the evaluation of the strategy the interests and the adolescents' motivations rose toward these specialties, the integration levels between the entities and the schools, as well as the potentialities of the entities of the agriculture to contribute to the agricultural professional orientation of the adolescents.
