    El presente trabajo analiza la posibilidad de conferir a uno de los socios un mandato irrevocable para que éste actúe con amplias facultades respecto de los derechos sociales de los demás copartícipes. En este sentido, se estudian las distintas fuentes de las que puede emanar la irrevocabilidad, como son una cláusula convencional y la naturaleza del encargo del mandato, distinguiendo en uno y otro caso sus límites y alcances.

    Finalmente, se revisan algunas facultades concretas que se le podrían otorgar al mandatario, estableciéndose su campo de aplicación y los términos que aquellas implicarían.

    The present work analyses the possibility of conferring an irrevocable mandate on one of the partners so that he or she acts with broad faculties regarding the social rights of the other co-participants.

    In this sense, we study the different sources from which irrevocability can emanate, such as a conventional clause and the nature of the assignment conferred in the mandate, distinguishing in both cases its limits and scope. Finally, some specific faculties that could be granted to the agent are analyzed, establishing the field of application and the terms that this would imply.
