Resumen de Separation and determination of "vitamin B1" without the use of a fluorometer
For the assay of Thiamine solution of 1-2 ug/ml, concentration, obtained from isolation in ionic exchange resin columns, we propose a process which allows spectrophotometric reading of thiochrome produced by oxidation with an alkaline solution of ferricyanide. The results are sufficient for the usual needs of the Chemical Control in the pharmaceutical industry.
