Resumen de Determination of amylolytic activity in an alpha-amylase of bacterial origin
A tecnique is described for assaying amylolytic activity of an alfa-amylase of bacterial origin. This tecnique can be applied to assay the activity of other amylolitic enzymes, operating in the optimal conditions in which the develope their activity and taking into account the enzyme solution concentration according to activity.
