  El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general el explicar la teoría de la imagen de Gottfried Boehm y en particular su concepto de diferencia icónica. Para ello presento el inicio de dicha teoría tanto en la filosofía platónica como en la filosofía contemporánea del lenguaje para luego mostrar su independencia en cuanto teoría gracias al desarrollo del concepto clave de interpretación de la imagen: la diferencia icónica.

  This article has the general aim of explain the image theory of Gottfried Boehm and in particular his concept of iconic difference. For this, I present the beginning of this theory both in the platonic philosophy and in the contemporary language philosophy to show his independence as theory thanks to the develop of the key concept of image interpretation: the iconic difference.
