  • Big planets come with big surprises. First results from the Juno spacecraft now orbiting Jupiter are already challenging assumptions about everything from the nature of the planets atmosphere to its interior. Scott Bolton of the Southwest Researcg Institute in Texas said that the whole inside of Jupiter is just working differently than their models expected.
