    Los medios audiovisuales plásticos son un medio didáctico que facilita el descubrimiento de conocimientos y la asimilación de los mismos, por consiguiente, debemos también comprobar la eficacia de realidad virtual, y concretamente sobre nuestro estado físico y psíquico. Destacar lo motivador para el sujeto ya que la imagen en 3D y el sonido HQ captan la atención con gran facilidad. El análisis se ha realizado con 60 del doble grado de actividad física y primaria. Se establecieron 60 intervenciones y evaluaciones personales. Tras aglomerar la información y su posterior transcripción, a través de la visualización de películas de realidad virtual. Tarea interesante y positiva pues descubrimos numerosos parámetros entre ellos la efectividad sobre el estrés fisiológico. Esta intervención psíquica y metodológica (U3RV) en futuros profesionales nos subraya la importancia de la formación en tecnologías novedosas y su provecho a nivel cardiovascular y emocional de los sujetos en su actividad física.

    The visual audiovisual media is a didactic medium that facilitates the discovery of knowledge and the assimilation of it, therefore we must also check the effectiveness of virtual reality, and specifically about our physical and psychic state.
