    Las emociones se encuentran en cada individuo desde los primeros meses de vida, considerándose fundamental en comienzo y fomento del tratamiento de la gestión y control de las emociones en las edades más tempranas. Cada tipo de emoción comparte la característica esencial de tener una base biológica, las emociones más simples pueden combinarse para formar emociones más complejas, y emociones pueden ser reguladas, pero no fundamentalmente alteradas. De este modo, toda escuela se plantea como objetivo el desarrollo integral de su alumnado, contribuir al desarrollo de competencias que otorguen la posibilidad al individuo a integrarse en la sociedad. Tras la búsqueda realizada en la base de datos Web of Science se puede observar como existe incremento de publicaciones sobre la temática en los últimos años. Atendiendo a todo ello, se plantea una propuesta de actuación para el tratamiento de las emociones en la etapa infantil.

    Emotions are found in each individual from the first months of life, being considered fundamental in the beginning and promotion of the treatment of the management and control of emotions at the earliest ages. Each type of emotion shares the essential characteristic of having a biological basis, the simplest emotions can be combined to form more complex emotions, and emotions can be regulated but not fundamentally altered. In this way, every school considers the objective of the integral development of its students, to contribute to the development of competences that grant the possibility to the individual to integrate in society. After the search carried out in the Web of Science database, it can be observed how there has been an increase in publications on the subject in recent years. Attending to all this, a proposal of action for the treatment of the emotions in the infantile stage is raised.
