Resumen de Historia y ficción en "Del amor y otros demonios"

  Este texto presenta un estudio de las relaciones discursivas entre la historia y la ficción representadas en la novela colombiana Del amor y otros demonios (1994) del escritor Gabriel García Márquez. Se basa en algunos conceptos de la teoría literaria, y de la propia historia, y presta especial interés a aspectos propios de la nueva novela histórica latinoamericana, aspectos que ayudan a comprender la dimensión de ambos lenguajes –literario e histórico– en la propuesta estética de este importante escritor colombiano, y la manera cómo se imbrican para captar el tema que se recrea de un momento histórico tan importante en Colombia como lo fue la Colonia.

  The aim of this paper is to analyse the discursive relations between the history and the fiction like there are represented in the novel Del amor y otros demonios (1994) written by Gabriel García Márquez. The article is based on some concepts of literary theory, and history. It puts special attention to specific aspects taken from the new latin american historical novel. The same aspects helps to understand that both languages –literary and historical– are importants in the aesthetic proposal of the Colombian writer.
