Resumen de THE ISSUE: Research on Materials and Their Role in Classroom Discourse and SLA.
The author offers her opinions regarding effects of language teaching materials on language learning and second language acquisition. She believes there is a small amount of language teaching materials for less common languages, such as Turkish, Farsi, or Ojibwe, suggests additional research of printed and digital learning materials, and presents questions to consider for language teaching research.
