  • The article offers the author's opinions on curricular internationalization regarding second language acquisition for students in U.S. higher education. Several suggestions to language departments and faculty who would like to ensure their relevance about how the curriculum should be globalized are given by the author. It is suggested that faculty should prove to be indispensable participants on events that involve people from across the campus. Another suggestion is to become instrumental to your institution's achieving its published mission statement.
