Resumen de Níveis de glicerina bruta na ração de suínos nas fases de crescimento e termina

  O objetivo do presente trabalho, foi avaliar o efeito da inclusão de diferentes níveis de glicerina bruta nas rações, sobre o desempenho de suínos em crescimento e terminação. Foram utilizados 60 suínos F1 (30 machos e 30 fêmeas), oriundos do cruzamento entre fêmeas Naïma e machos da linhagem comercial P76, com peso inicial de 18,46 ± 1,38 kg, distribuídos em delineamento inteiramente casualizado, com 4 tratamentos e 5 repetições, sendo 3 animais por unidade experimental. As rações foram formuladas à base de milho e farelo de soja, com a inclusão de 0, 5, 10 e 15% de glicerina bruta. As características de desempenho avaliadas foram: ganho de peso, consumo de ração e conversão alimentar. Não foi observada influência (p>0,05) da inclusão de glicerina bruta nas rações sobre as características de desempenho avaliadas nas fases de crescimento e terminação. Recomenda-se a inclusão de até 15% de glicerina bruta nas rações de suínos em crescimento e terminação, sem efeitos prejudiciais ao desempenho produtivo.

  The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of different levels of crude glycerine in the rations on the performance of growing and finishing pigs. 60 F1 pigs (30 males and 30 females), deriving from the cross between Naïma females and commercial line P76 males, with an initial weight of 18.46 ± 1.38 kg, distributed in a completely randomized design, with 4 treatments and 5 replications, with 3 animals per experimental unit. The rations were formulated on the basis of corn and soybean meal, with the inclusion of 0, 5, 10 and 15% of crude glycerine. The performance characteristics evaluated were: weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion. There was no influence (p>0.05) found in the inclusion of crude glycerine in the rations on the performance characteristics evaluated in the phases of growth and termination. The inclusion of up to 15% of crude glycerine in the diets of growing and finishing pigs is recommended, without harmful effects for productive performance.
