    Estudio crítico del federalismo argentino que analiza los diversos antecedentes históricos hasta la sanción de la Constitución de 1853, que adoptó la forma federal de estado. Posteriormente se consideran los diferentes modelos normativos federales en la Constitución originaria y en las reformas constitucionales de 1860 y la de 1994, que es el texto vigente. Finalmente se observa la realidad del incumplimiento de la Constitución Nacional, y la tendencia al proceso de centralización del país.

    Critical study of argentine federalism that analizes the diverse historical antecedents until the enactment of the 1853 Constitution, where the federal form of State was established. Later, different federal normative models are considered in the original Constitution and the constitutional reforms of 1860 and 1994, which is the current text. Finally, it is observed the reality of the trend to centralization of the country and the unfulfillment of the National Constitution.
