    El aperturismo político, económico y social que se produjo en Ucrania tras la caída de la URSS dio lugar a la creación de un nuevo mercado informativo. Sin embargo, en esta nueva etapa transitoria, la formación de unsistema de medios independiente y pluralchocócon los intereses de las fuerzas de poder interesadas en el potencial de la prensa.La tendencia prorrusa que ha caracterizado a la cadena Inter TV desde su fundación, y la cobertura partidista del Euromaidán, han valido de justificación a los círculos de presión nacionalista más radicales de Ucrania para atacar al medio y a sus máximos accionistas.

    The political, economic and social opening that occurred in Ukraine after the fall of the USSR led to the birth of a new information market. In this new transitional stage, the formation of an independent and plural media system clashed with the interests of the forces of power, interested in the potential of the press. The pro-Russian trend has characterized the television network Inter TV since its founding, and the partisan coverage of Euromaidán have served as justification to the most radical nationalist circles of power in Ukraine to attack the media and its top shareholders.
