Las Prácticas Compartidas de Administración de Recursos Humanos en PYMES de Servicios de Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo

      La operación de las empresas está directamente relacionada con los productos o servicios que éstas ofrecen, y son los gerentes de línea, los encargados de esa operación. Este estudio presenta resultados de la existencia de relaciones significativas positivas entre las prácticas compartidas de administración de recursos humanos (ARH) de los gerentes de línea y su relación con el contexto organizacional, en una muestra de 20 pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMES) de servicios, en Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo, Guerrero. Entre los principales resultados se identificaron relaciones significativas positivas del contexto organizacional, en sus dimensiones, tamaño y edad: el tamaño, con las prácticas compartidas de ARH de entrada en reclutamiento, selección y adiestramiento; y la edad de la empresa, con las prácticas compartidas de: contratación, administración de sueldos y salarios, y registros y controles administrativos. Además, en contra de lo esperado, se identifica el hallazgo de relaciones significativas negativas, entre esas prácticas y el contexto, en su dimensión unidad estratégica del negocio, lo que implica que cuando las empresas cuentan con una oficina general, una matriz o un corporativo, disminuye la aplicación de las prácticas compartidas de reclutamiento y selección (entrada) de ARH.

      The operation of the companies is directly related with the products or services that these offer, and they are the line managers, those in charge of that operation. This study presents results of the existence of positive significant relationships among the shared practices of human resources management (HRM) of the line managers and its relationship with the organizational context, in a sample of 20 small and medium companies (SMC) of services, in Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo, Guerrero. Among the main results positive significant relationships were identified among the organizational context, in their dimensions, size and age: the size, with the shared practices of entrance of HRM in recruitment, selection and training; and the age of the company, with the shared practices of: recruiting, administration of salaries and wages, and registrations and administrative controls. Also, against that waited, the discovery of negative significant relationships is identified, among this practices and the context, in its dimension strategic unit of the business, what implies that when the companies have a main office, a Matrix or a corporate one, it diminishes the application of the shared practices of recruitment and selection (entrance) of HRM.
