    Este artículo analiza cómo las relaciones eróticas que se establecen entre un terapeuta y su paciente han sido abordadas desde los comienzos del psicoanálisis a principios del siglo XX. En el pasado han existido analistas que han traspasado los límites marcados por el encuadre terapéutico y sigue ocurriendo en la actualidad, por lo que la cultura popular también lo ha dejado reflejado en numerosos libros y películas. Freud trató de comprender qué sucedía con la contratransferencia, así como algunos de sus discípulos, Sándor Ferenczi principalmente, y se intentó ocultar la contratransferencia erótica a ojos de la opinión pública. En las últimas décadas el psicoanálisis sí ha buscado el aproximarse al estudio de este tipo de contratransferencia, sobre todo desde las corrientes relacionales. El objetivo último del texto es reflexionar sobre la existencia de la contratransferencia erótica y su abordaje, compartiendo para ello una viñeta clínica, desde visiones más actuales de la técnica psicoanalítica. Resulta fundamental tomar conciencia de las vulnerabilidades a las que se exponen todos los terapeutas, tratando así de evitar la transgresión última del encuadre terapéutico, que tan traumática resulta para el paciente.

    This paper analyses the approach of erotic relationships between therapists and their patients since the beginning of psychoanalysis in the early 20th century. In the past and still today, there have been therapists who have transgressed the boundaries established by the therapeutic framework. Hence, popular culture has also reflected these transgressions in various books and films.

    Freud tried to understand what happened with countertransference and so did some of his disciples, mainly Sándor Ferenczi; and attempts were made to hide the erotic countertransference from the eyes of public opinion. Over the last decades, psychoanalysis has tried to study this type of countertransference, especially from the perspective of relational theories. The last objective of this paper is to reflect upon the existence of erotic countertransference and how to approach it from newer perspectives of the psychoanalysis technique, sharing a clinical vignette for this aim. It is highly important to be aware of vulnerabilities to which all therapists are exposed to in order to try to avoid the last boundary transgression which results in a highly traumatic transgression for the patient
