Resumen de Anàlisi territorial del poblament recent a les Illes Balears (2000-2015)

This paper examines the evolution of population in the Balearic Islands between 2000 and 2015. Based on the information provided by the Nomenclature deepened recorded changes in the methods of population, population distribution and patterns of scattered settlements cores. Explored through spatial analysis of the relationship of groups with other centers of population variables. It concluded that the analysis of population can help to understand their relations with the inhabitants of the region and that the public can better plan their actions in spatial planning to be more efficient and ensuring equity space.

Aquest treball analitza l’evolució del poblament a les Illes Balears entre 2000 i 2015. Partint de la informació subministrada pel Nomenclàtor s’aprofundeix en els canvis registrats en les formes de poblament, la distribució de la població disseminada i els patrons d’assentaments dels nuclis. S’exploren a través de l’anàlisi espacial d’agrupaments la relació dels nuclis de poblament amb altres variables. Es conclou que l’anàlisi del poblament pot ajudar a comprendre les relacions que mantenen els habitants amb el territori i que l’Administració pública pugui planificar millor les seves actuacions en matèria d’ordenació territorial, essent més eficient i garantint l’equitat espacial.
