Resumen de La orientación profesional hacia la especialidad albañilería: un sistema de actividades

  La especialidad Albañilería en la Educación Técnica y Profesional, es de gran importancia dada la misión que tiene de formar los obreros que han de utilizar las técnicas y tecnologías más eficientes y actualizadas para la construcción de edificios y otras obras constructivas. En la práctica pedagógica se manifestó una contradicción expresada en la necesidad de elevar la calidad de la formación profesional de los obreros en la especialidad Albañilería, sin embargo, existían insuficiencias en el trabajo de orientación profesional con los estudiantes que cursan el primer año en el Centro Politécnico” Leonides Blanco”, reflejados en la insuficiente inclinación hacia el perfil de estudio, lo que conllevó al fracaso escolar de un porciento de estudiantes. El trabajo tuvo como objetivo elaborar un sistema de actividades que perfeccionó el proceso de orientación profesional hacia la especialidad Albañilería en el Centro Politécnico “Leonides Blanco”. En el proceso investigativo se asumió como método general el dialéctico materialista, que sustentó los métodos teóricos, empíricos y  la aplicación de técnicas estadísticas, que posibilitaron el estudio y sistematización de los fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos del proceso objeto de investigación. La significación práctica se concreta en un sistema de actividades que contribuyó a la orientación profesional de los estudiantes de primer año de la especialidad Albañilería, lo cual garantiza un proceso de formación inicial pertinente, en función de las exigencias del modelo del profesional y de las necesidades educativas y sociales actuales.

  The specialty Masonry in Technical and Vocational Education is of great importance given the mission that has to train workers who have to use the most efficient and updated techniques and technologies for the construction of buildings and other construction works. In the pedagogical practice manifested a contradiction expressed in the need to raise the quality of the professional training of the workers in the specialty Masonry, however, there were inadequacies in the work of professional guidance with students who attend the first year in the Polytechnical center "Leonides Blanco", reflected in the insufficient inclination towards the study profile, which led to the failure of a percentage of students. The objective of the work was to elaborate a system of activities that perfected the process of professional orientation towards the specialty Albañilería the first year at the "Leonides Blanco" PolytechnicCenter. In the investigative process, the dialectical-materialist method was assumed as the general method, which supported the theoretical methods, the application of statistical techniques that made possible the study and systematization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process under investigation. The practical significance is expressed in a system of activities that contributed to the professional orientation of the first-year students of the specialty Masonry, which guarantees a relevant initial training process, depending on the demands of the professional model and the needs educational and social
