    En el artículo, se abordó una temática de especial importancia para la educación cubana. El sistema de trabajo metodológico como componente tecnológico del sistema de trabajo. El objetivo esencial estuvo dirigido a realizar un acercamiento a la génesis y evolución que ha tenido el sistema de trabajo metodológico en su relación estrecha con el sistema de trabajo. La investigación tuvo en cuenta el estudio profundo de una amplia fuente bibliográfica de autores, conformada por investigadores e instituciones que han abordado la temática, por lo que prevalecieron los métodos teóricos (estudio histórico y lógico, análisis de contenido, análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción). Como resultado, se ofrece el estudio histórico sobre el origen desarrollo que ha tenido el sistema de trabajo metodológico, componente tecnológico del sistema de trabajo del Ministerio de Educación de la República de Cuba.

    In the article a special importance thematic is approached for the Cuban education: The methodological work system as part the work system. The essential objective was directed to carry out an approach to the genesis and evolution that has had the Methodological work system in its narrow relationship with the work of system. The investigation kept in mind the deep study of a wide bibliographical source of authors, conformed by investigators and institutions that have approached the thematic one, by what the theoretical methods prevailed (historical and logical study, content analysis, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction).
