    The article takes notes, first, of manifestations originated between the politics and academics means that implied the abandonment of the best traditions of the west. It boards later, positions that in the XIX century assumed otherwise critics and the overcoming of beliefs that are still today ascertainable.Keywords: critic; reconstruction; hope.
