    En la Ciudad de Santa Rosa, Provincia de la Pampa (Argentina) se condenó a quien abusó sexualmente de una perra. El valor de las pruebas y el informe veterinario fueron fundamentales. A partir de la intervención de testigos y médicos especialistas se pudieron fijar los hechos. Si bien no pudo constatarse una penetración sexual sobre el can, se constataron lesiones en ella. La violación hacia animales no humanos se encuentra repudiada socialmente, pero dicha circunstancia no está tipificada en el Código Penal Argentino. La justicia debió interpretar la ley de una forma global para no dejar impune al causante de la violación sexual del can. Finalmente resultó condenado el autor y firme en la Corte Suprema de Justicia de Argentina.

    In the City of Santa Rosa, Province of La Pampa, Argentina, a man was sentenced for sexually abusing a female dog. The result of the veterinary tests and report were fundamental. From the intervention and witnesses and medical specialists could establish the events. Even if sexual penetration of the canine could not be proven, the injuries could be proven. The violation of non-human animals is socially repudiated, but this circumstance is not codified in the Argentine Penal Code. Justice must interpret the law in a global form to not give impunity to the perpetrator of the sexual violation of the canine. Finally, the perpetrator was condemned in the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina.
