Dos exhumaciones y una misma metodología en la Ribera de Navarra: de Fustiñana a Urzante

    Se analizan dos exhumaciones de la Guerra Civil (1936-1939) llevadas a cabo en Navarra, presentando los resultados obtenidos y aquellos elementos de coincidencia y de diferencia para estimar la metodología empleada y valorar la viabilidad de este tipo de investigaciones. Ambas exhumaciones se realizaron antes de que se establecieran los protocolos oficiales para este tipo de investigaciones forenses, que se enmarcan en el ámbito de los derechos humanos (Tidball-Binz, 2012). Los dos ejemplos que se describen también han contribuido a demostrar la pertinencia de estas investigaciones y han influido en el impulso de un programa que ahora es institucional en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra.

    An analysis is made of two exhumations from the Civil War (1936-1939) conducted in Navarra, presenting the findings obtained and the differentiating and common factors.

    The aim was to consider the methodology used and to determine the feasibility of investigations of this type. Both exhumations were performed before the establishment of the official protocols for forensic investigations of this nature, which come within the area of Human Rights (Tidball-Binz, 2012). The two examples described have also helped to demonstrate the relevance of these investigations and have played a part in promoting a program that is now institutional in the Autonomous Community of Navarra.

    Nafarroan egin ziren Gerra Zibileko (1936-1939) bi deshobiraketa aztertzen dira, lortutako emaitzak aurkeztuz, eta berdinak edota desberdinak diren elementuak, erabilitako metodologia onesteko eta ikerketa mota hauen bideragarritasuna baloratzeko.

    Giza Eskubideen esparruan baitan dauden (Tidball-Binz, 2012) ikerketa forentse hauen protokolo ofiziala ezarri aurretik egin ziren bi deshobiraketak. Halaber, deskribatzen diren bi adibideek erakutsi dute ikerketa hauen egokitasuna eta gaur egun Nafarroako Foru Erkidegoan instituzionala den programa bultzatzen eragin dute.
