In this article the author examines the integration of information and communications technologies (ICT) in regard to education and learning systems. The author states that two questions need to be answered by individuals who embrace the integration of ICT in instruction while strongly disagreeing with the provision of a separate course for developing students' ICT knowledge and skills. Those questions are: How are students supposed to get ICT knowledge and skills and who will teach them these skills?
